Children’s records are held for a minimum of 2 years or longer if required by statutory guidance or contracts

Data may also be retained for scientific or historical research under Article 89 UK GDPR

Digital data is stored on local secure servers and backed up to cloud providers located in the UK or countries with adequate GDPR safeguards

Paper files are securely stored and managed by our team
