Clarence is the Chairman of the board; he has been a member of the Board since it’s inception over 30 years ago. He has a professional background in Social Care and has worked for several local authorities, as well as the independent sector. He also works as an independent consultant in social work, safeguarding, dispute resolutions and coaching for individuals and organisations, where he feels his experience can make a difference.

He is interested in people in the community and in championing causes. He endeavours to be involved with local organisations that focus on the community, as well as personal and professional development. He aims to engage and in activities that support people to improve their lives and making decisions about their future. The focus of his involvement with SCTSP/Family Support is commitment and dedication to improving lives.
