About the event
This event is for adults in Wolverhampton affected by Sickle Cell Disease. Enjoy a walk around West Park Park followed by a stop at a coffee shop.
We need your help to improve the healthcare experiences for individuals living with Sickle Cell Disease. This will be your opportunity to share your experiences with NHS Unplanned Emergency Care or Emergency Department services and help us make a difference!
What we're studying:
- Access to emergency care for Sickle Cell Disease patients
- Quality of healthcare support
- Transition for care from paediatric to adult services
- Suggestions for improving emergency and overall healthcare services

Who can participate?
- Individuals living with Sickle Cell Disease
- Those who have experiences transition from paediatric to adult services in the past 5 years
Participants must be living in Wolverhampton, Walsall, Dudley or surrounding areas.
